チケットの入手方法

入館当日：私は9時からの予約だったので、8:30にグループチケット売場 "group ticket office"に行きました。
上記のメールを印刷したものをチケット売場に提出すればOK。
グループチケット売場は、地下鉄シェーンブルン駅から歩いて広場（写真右）に入ったすぐ左手のtobacconist（写真右下）です。
予約ありの方のチケット購入場所は、宮殿内の通常のチケット売り場とは異なりますので注意して下さい。ただし、ここだと長い列に並ばなくて済むので、時間が有効に使えます。

入館
購入したチケットには、入館時間が記入されており、その時間にならないと入れません。
入ったらすぐ左にガイドフォン（無料）の貸し出しがありますので忘れずに！！勿論日本語もあります。
